Lion Country Safari, Miami Metrozoo, Miami Seaquarium and Wannado City will be offering a ‘Summer Savings Pass’ for the second year in a row. The ‘Summer Savings Pass’ will give its buyers admission to all four attractions throughout the summer! 4 great parks…4 months of fun…1 low price.
The Summer Savings Pass is available for purchase on this website or at any of the participating parks. The Pass will be valid for admission to each of the attractions until September 30, 2010. At $54.95 per person, this pass grants unlimited admission through September 30th at Lion Country Safari, Miami Metrozoo and Miami Seaquarium and one-day admission to Wannado City. Trainer For A Day
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays beginning June 4, 2010
Ever wonder what it’s like to work with Flipper or Salty the Sea Lion as a marine mammal trainer at Miami Seaquarium? As Trainer For A Day, you can enjoy a totally hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience like no other! Working side-by-side with our trainers, you’ll receive training basics and orientations for each of our marquee shows, assist with daily show set-ups, watch and critique shows, and help with other essential activities.
The full-day program also includes getting up-close and in the water with friendly dolphins in our fabulous, interactive Dolphin Odyssey, lunch with a trainer at Flipper Lagoon, career advice for future marine mammal trainers, plus photos, souvenirs, free parking and more. You must be 16 and over, English-speaking, able to stand for a minimum of one hour, and able to lift 30 pounds to participate. Offered Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays beginning June 4, 2010. $495 plus tax per person. Only 2 participants per day.

Meet the newest creatures to call Miami Seaquarium their home - Southern and Cownose Stingrays who have taken up residence in a new 10,000 gallon touch pool, located inside the Tropical Wings Exhibit at Miami Seaquarium. The new interactive exhibit, gives park guests the opportunity to feed and feel the gentle glide of these amazing creatures at their fingertips. |
