COVID-19 Update

Information & Frequently Asked Questions

To Our Valued Guests

While we look forward to welcoming each of you to Miami Seaquarium again soon, there is a great deal of uncertainty for us all surrounding the current COVID-19 situation.

Our highest priority remains the safety of all of our Team Members, Guests and Animals, and we’re closely following the guidelines set forth by federal, state and local government officials and health experts.

To our devoted Annual Pass Holders: we want to reaffirm our commitment to you by sharing our plans for your Annual Pass. Effective immediately, we are extending ALL Passes by the number of days Miami Seaquarium is closed. It’s our way of thanking you for your support and providing some small bit of clarity in a time where that may feel hard to find.

It is important for you to know that while the park is closed to guests, our professional team of trainers, animal care staff, aquarists and veterinary staff continue to provide uninterrupted care for all of the animals at Miami Seaquarium. Our staff’s commitment to and high quality care for each resident at the park has not changed in any way.

In addition, the park’s rescue and rehabilitation wildlife conservation program for injured and sick manatees and sea turtles continues to be extremely active. As with all of the residents at Miami Seaquarium, these rescued animals are receiving the same excellent treatment and care from our dedicated team of animal care professionals.

While it’s too soon to confidently provide a reopening date, please know we remain committed to reopening Miami Seaquarium for you to enjoy as soon as safely possible.

We invite you to check our website regularly and follow our social media channels for updates. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions section below for additional information, or email us to connect with our Guest Services Team.
