Through this program scouts will have the opportunity to earn badges and patches by spending a day at Miami Seaquarium. They will participate in games, experiments, interactive PowerPoint presentations, animal interactions and shows. Our education staff will be in contact with pack leaders in order to create a curriculum specific to the badge that is trying to be acquired.
Time: Noon - 4 p.m.
Cost: $30 per person, one free chaperone with every 10 paying participants. Minimum of 10 people required to reserve.

Experience Miami Seaquarium® after hours and discover the nighttime behaviors of our animals. Available for Girl and Boy Scout groups, our Overnight Adventure program lets your troop/pack share an educational and interactive experience after park hours. Stay overnight in an air conditioned education class room with sleeping bags you bring from home. Your troop/pack will be proud to earn a badge or try-it that corresponds with one of our themes. We can also put an Overnight Adventure program together for school and church groups as well!

Time: 7 p.m. - 10 a.m. the next day
Cost: $60 per person, 15-person minimum, 1 free chaperone with every 15 paying participants.

*Guest includes: children and adults age 3 and over. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve an overnight date. Reservation and deposit must be made two weeks in advance prior to the overnight date. (Dates and Times are subject to availability) The balance must be paid on the date of the overnight with cash or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted on the day of the overnight. No food or beverage allowed in the park.
Join Scouts from all over South Florida and explore Miami Seaquarium after dark. Camp out under the stars and watch the night sky light up while participating in an exciting oceanic journey throughout the day. The two-day event offers science presentations, marine mammal shows, dinner, breakfast, snacks, and animal interactions. All participants will need to provide their own tent and camping equipment.
