September 2- Under The Sea
Celebrating biodiversity month, campers will do activities revolving around the astonishing amounts of different sea creatures we have swimming in our oceans today. From the biggest whale to the smallest shrimp, campers will get a sense of how many amazing animals our oceans have to offer.
Join us as we celebrate 64 years of conservation, and education with our annual beach clean-up! On September 28 at 8 a.m., we will be waiting for you at Virginia Key Beach Park! After helping our environment, we will continue the fun at our park where you will receive free admission for the day!
Come to Miami Seaquarium® to investigate the amazing world we call home. There is a homeschool class appropriate for any home-school-aged student from kindergarten through high school. Our homeschool topics features discussions on animals in the ocean, South Florida habitats, endangered species, and conservation. Each homeschool class has a hands-on component which can include labs, animal interactions, dissections, and crafts reflective of the course topic.
